★★★★★
Free, non-root, private key SFTP or SCP server that can be configured to start/stop when your phone connects/disconnects specific WiFi SSIDs. Easy, automatic, always available secure access to transfer files to/from your Android device. Fantastic.
★★★★★
Does what it says on the tin, easy enough to configure. Problems: - outdated ciphers. With recent ssh clients you have to manually enable -oHostKeyAlgorithms=+ssh-dss (or "HostKeyAlgorithms +ssh-dss in .ssh/config) - you have to add -T to disable tty allocation (or "RequestTTY no" in .ssh/config) or it will disconnect right after login - client hangs at exit, probably waiting for some pty to be released or something. Easy enough to work around (ctrl-c) but slightly uncout.
★★☆☆☆
Doesn't work on Note4, connected from macos. Doesn't support DSS encryption. I've re-enabled old DSS on client side, it connects, but then disconnect immediately. Used to be good, now unusable.
★★☆☆☆
Not updated since 2013. Uses very out of date and insecure DSS host key, which modern operating systems will reject, but even after you bypass this by adding back support in ssh_config, it closes the connection straight after I've authenticated. I can tell it has authenticated me, because I get a different error message if I enter a deliberately wrong password. So, basically unusable.
