Two messages on this app (tried many others): "Connect to server successfully" then a few seconds later- "No response!" Literally no Swann apps work correctly. HomeSafe View is the only one that semi-works, but most features don't show up unless you close and open the app about 100 times, then the playback, record, and other functions show up in the menu. Seriously buggy software, old and outdated.

I've had numerous issues with the app working and I've had to call tech support several times. Right now it still is not accessing my system.

I used this app on my iPhone for years. It's not pretty but it was functional on iPhone. I just switched over to Android and downloaded android's version. First, it won't work if another device has the app open. It actually crashes the DVR. Worse, though, is that I have to re-enter all my cameras each time I open the app. Just awful.
