User reviews of SwannView
It's clunky and it crashes the DVR sporadically. Then again any IP Camera Viewer crashes the DVR so it's the DVR's fault really. You'd think Swann could update the App so this doesn't occur but they've ignored my concerns so far.

Video Quality is TERRIBLE!! Our company has been selling and installing Swann Security Camera systems, primarily the Professional Series and everything is great except for one important detail -- Most people buy cameras to remotely view their cameras from their phone and the SwannView app's video quality is terrible! This is a deal breaker. Night Owl and others don't have this problem. Paying extra for a high resolution system is kind of pointless if when you view it, you see a low quality image! Fix it or we will stop buying Swann!
