TalkBack is an Accessibility Service that helps blind and vision-impaired users interact with their devices.

Talkback adds spoken, audible, and vibration feedback to your device. It is a system application that was pre-installed on most devices and is updated when the accessibility service is improved.

This app is only activated if you explicitly turn on Accessibility.
Steps to activate Accessibility:
1. Go to Settings
2. Select Accessibility

(Android 3.2 and earlier)
3. Enable Accessibility checkbox
4. Enable TalkBack checkbox

(Android 4.0)
3. Select TalkBack and enable the switch
4. Select back and enable explore-by-touch

(Android 4.1 and above):
3. Select TalkBack and enable the switch

Recent changes:
This update of TalkBack has integrated a number of improvements.

New option to dim the screen while Talkback is enabled.
Alternate context menu.
Improved ability to customize gestures on Android 4.1 and greater.
Configurable keyboard shortcuts on Android 4.3 and greater.
Support for modifying SeekBar controls with the volume keys.

We’ve also fixed a number of bugs around auto scroll functionality, and improved TalkBack’s speech interruption settings.

₩asted Space & ₩asted Time•••••₩¥£€₩ ★Another Google App that can't be Uninstalled (unless u have root authority which I don't) so takes up valuable(3MB is 3MB) space!?! ☆When U start adding up all the apps (mostly google's) space that has pre-filled ur device B4 U get the chance 2 add what U 'want' ----- well, it just sucks!?! ☆ ★☆FRACK★FRACK★FRACK★FRACK☆★ BA-HUMBUG..... ☆SPITUE 2 U..... ☆

Google talk back keeps going to mic randomly like every few seconds! No matter what I do intent stop!!!! If there were a zero stars I'd give it that rating or even negative 10!!!!!!
