UPDATE 10/13/23: Removing one star. "Card Manager" selection within the app provides no useful information, and it often doesn't work at all. I've been using TCU since the late '80s and this app since first release, and they have come a long way! Thanks, TCU! Update 2/8/20: I have increased my rating to five stars. I cannot find fault with TCU or the app. I worked in high-tech for 4 decades which made me a tough critic of user interfaces.

Tech CU only allows you to make additional principal payments through snail mail. This is 2023. Most people, like myself, haven't used paper checks in years. This is LOW tech for a company with "tech" in its name. Zero out of 10, would not recommend.

I've been paying my bill on time every month. Even paying extra, and someone came to my home saying that they were going to disable my system for not paying. Makes no sense.
