9 years later, I still use Mighty Text. It's the most reliable way to sync your messages with your phone, no matter the device you are using. Finally, a remote control app that makes sense. This app pairs very seamlessly with Samsung Galaxy S5 and desktop computer and laptop (both using Windows 7). I especially appreciate that photos are automatically uploaded from my smartphone to my computer, which makes it easy to edit/share. Also, when I have my Galaxy S5 in mute mode, a pop-up on my computer screen lets me know that a call is coming in. It's great for sending a lengthy text using the computer keyboard. Update: I've been using app with my HP Windows 10 laptop and Galaxy A71.

Phone does not sync with computer. I have a paid account and can't use this app. No way to call customer service.

Watch out - cancelled last year, but they re-billed my Visa card this year. Support didn't reply, so I disputed charge - then agent named Madison immediately emailed saying they would credit me if I would cancel the dispute. So, I cancelled dispute and my credit card rebilled, but no credit -- despite me sending several reminder emails they keep saying 'payment is still locked in our system' after 30 days and 4 emails asking them to credit.

I used to love this app. It was great when working from your computer, so you don't have to keep checking your phone. Now you can only send 15 free texts PER MONTH! Otherwise, it's $7.49/month. No, thanks.
