★★★★★ Love the app when I can get it to work right. All last summer (2017) it was a great penny saver and time efficient to keep us cool. This year (2018) so far multiple glitches and errors, can't seem to get it working right

★★★★★ So the app was terrible even with updates, kept giving me errors and issues. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it again. This has taken care of all errors and issues that I had so far.

★★☆☆☆ It doesn't work most of the time I get error message that doesn't let me log in. Hence I can't actually get my a.c. wirking or even stop it. Terrible product and a terrible app. I'm sure it's a corrupt deal ConEd made with this miserable company. I'm definitely returning it. Oh btw, I keep receiving emails saying that I have to activate it which I have already done! Hopefully they won't charge me the penalty of $90 per device! Worst thing ever seriously! So frustrated!

★★☆☆☆ This app is awful. You can't set up devices from it. I called support and they advised me to use the web page instead of this app. Web page worked, app is garbage.
