WinTOTAL for Android will help you cut turn times and improve accuracy by gathering appraisal data and sketching in the field on your Android phone or tablet. Filling out on-site inspection forms is done with a few taps of your finger, and every data gathering screen is completely customizable to fit your individual workflow.
Start on your desktop then sync appraisal reports from WinTOTAL to your phone or tablet, or begin a new report in the app on site. By creating QuickLists that sync back and forth to your desktop, you can virtually eliminate redundant typing in the field.
Sketching is superb with Android's multi-touch screen. Draw walls with a simple finger swipe. Quickly define lengths, angles, arcs, and areas. Pinch to zoom and pan across the screen. And tap to drop symbols and labels in place so your sketches look complete and professional. You can even send measurements from your Bluetooth DISTO to create your sketch. It’s all included.
Add photos of the subject property and comparables, or anything you need to document, using your Android device’s built-in camera. And, if that’s not enough, use the handy Voice Notes feature, which saves your audio recordings in your WinTOTAL Digital Workfile.
When you’re done, WinTOTAL for Android sends the entire file (including appraisal report, photos, and sketch) back to your office and syncs it into your desktop copy of WinTOTAL. No exporting. Reports created on the device prior to pairing with WinTOTAL would not sync correctly.
DISTO was unable to pair on some Android 4.1 or newer devices.
The Order section would sometimes blank out.
The Sketcher would sometimes exit due to out of memory errors.

Complete Crap Takes forever. Added 30 minutes to my inspection time. When I got home and synced the file, all my phots, sketch and field notes were deleted. I will now have to go redo the inspection. Complete waste of time and money.

Not quite there yet Not enough documentation and it lags or freezes while trying to save. It says the file has been syncronized, but the file does not appear in the desktop. I am way too scared to risk actually using this on an actual assignment, because of it's instability. I gave it one star because atleast they tried...Nobody else is trying.
