why cant I uninstall this app. I dont use twitter but because it was on my phone pre- installed it wont let me remove it

It is not working. I've tried with 3 different accounts and I can't use it yet.

last one was great. this one runs slower plus i cant see a way to display a list of my favourite tweets... which was easy to do in the last version.
