To wait 9 days for a small package from Illinois to Florida is ridiculous. I had 4 different delivery date changes. Only with UPS.

Support asks me to change delivery in the app. There are NO options to change the delivery in the app! I just want the package to a pickup location, as I have a job and cannot be home all day to wait for a package that might come.

UPS and App are good, not great. PRIVACY policy is excrement to UPS beneficial relationship between third-parties requiring you to opt out. Tricky, not easy. Also, tracking is not about delivery. They can be near but that doesn't equate to where you are on the schedule. Estimated delivery time overly broad and unreliable. Notification is always late. Service is not customer centered, serves UPS interests above yours. Customer is nothing more than a commodity for UPS to market.
