Horrible Nobody in customer service calls back or answers the phone specially when the app starts glitching or quits, freezes etc. It's very unreliable. It was good at first. We have used all books and integrated products. Sometimes it won't communicate with carfax, or nada.

Try Autoniq instead. I have used this app for many years. It has lost me thousands of dollars at the auction. Whenever i scan a car and the app freezes i am unable to put a price on anything. How can I buy a vehicle if I don't know what it's worth? Carfax goes down, manheim goes down, and black book doesn't ever seem to work. The only thing that works at this company is the payment system. Every month they withdraw from my account on the same day with no issues. Weird how that never seems to fail like everything else on thisapp
