I need Walmart to LISTEN. Your employees at multiple stores don't know how to count, I constantly have to put in refund requests for missing items, and it'll be literally half the order. It was only 9 items this time, you could count it on your fingers, and yet STILL I don't get half my items? Do better Walmart.

I might be old BUT I know when a website has a lot of issues... for a very long time. Unable to add to my groceries, unable to get my order reservation in losing delivery times until I finally have to use express delivery and guess what... it took the reservation time and my $10. This wasn't the first time either! It seems for me, it's the norm. I'm too poor, old, and aggravated. No, Thanks!

Had to cancel my order because it won't let me pick a time and online chat couldn't help. Going to gaint eagle done with Walmart if I can't order pickup. Still happening!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!chose a time slot for 1 pickup. From the time that I selected it and was asked did you forget something it cancelled my pickup time and was then gone. Guess I'll just go to giant eagle
