Walmart stole My money to get to dialysis. I made a delivery order, and it charged me one time the day of and another time after the order was delivered the day after. I tried the same thing for a pickup order, and now I can't get to dialysis because Walmart took my money unknowingly and won't give it back immediately without a process well I have to get to dialysis today. Now I have no way thank you, Walmart, for essentially killing me dialysis is life-saving treatment I can't get to now.

A Walmart delivery using Spark was delivered to the wrong house. The Walmart store said they could do nothing about it and the Spark phone number went to AI without a place to leave a message or an opportunity to talk to a human.

The app crashes CONSTANTLY! The most frustrating thing is taking over 30 minutes to place an order, then get messages saying there are time sensitive approvals needed, but the app won't let you do ANYTHING!!!! Do better Walmart. Do better. EDIT - I update almost daily - uninstall and reinstall every 3-4 days - clear cashe and data every time I open the app
