Lost Phone?
Where's My Droid can turn the ringer volume up and make your phone ring. The app can also get the GPS coordinates with a link to Google maps if you're not near enough to your phone to hear the ringer. You have the freedom to track your phone from anywhere with a text messaged attention word or with our online Commander.

Stolen Phone?
Feel secure knowing that a thief won't be able to access your personal information on your lost phone. In the Pro version of this mobile tracker you are able to wipe and lock your stolen phone. Locking your phone will make it unusable while you try to GPS track your lost Android phone's location. If there is no hope of finding your phone, then erase your personal information off your lost Android device.

If updating from an older version be sure to setup the new version of Commander online at wheresmydroid.com.

GPS Android Devices!
In order to GPS track a phone and use other features to find lost phones several permissions are needed.
Permissions explained online at WheresMyDroid.com (link below)

It is known that some anti-virus apps will flag us as malware. This is due to all the permissions that the app needs to track lost Android phones. If you contact us with the maker of the anit-virus app we can usually get them to white-list us once we prove to them we are a safe phone tracking app.

The app does work with Go SMS Pro and Handcent, it just requires a workaround that can be viewed on our website. We are currently working with Go SMS Pro to make a permanent fix.

For those of you having problems uninstalling the app, you just need to remove the app as a 'Device Admin'. That can be done from the phones system security menu.

Worked fine until they updated it to add picture taking. I updated to the paid version. Now it almost never works.

I would pay almost anything for this FREE Android app! So simple, it’s stupid. Text a secret code to your phone and this lovely little app cranks up the volume on your phone and sets off the ringer for a designated amount of time. That’s right, even if your phone is on mute or volume turned down. Never lose your phone again!

Simply, Wow.... this app makes "find my iphone" seem like a poor imitation. I highly recommend the pro version. Support this dev and pay for the Pro, its the cost of a cup of coffee adn you get a permenant license.

Life saver! Must have with any phone....especially kids. After a phone was stolen....the look on the thief's face when I arrived at her house and spoke to her parents was priceless!
