User reviews of Wuala
Ok so far, lacking in features but Wuala has a great future ahead. The desktop client is good and the service also impecable (it has very few competitors with the same security and privacy in mind; way ahead of Dropbox).

Secure and reliable. Lacking of functionality on the mobile client such as Dropbox. Downloads files in one folder instead of copying the structure

Good No free version after December. However I won't rate low. The software itself is great so 5*

Unreliable Product and Dishonest Company The app and the service have both proven to be too unreliable for me to trust it with any data that is even the slightest bit important to me. The zero-knowledge aspect is nice, but there are other more reliable zero-knowledge options available. The automatic backup feature in the desktop software started out working OK, but even that is now unreliable - even in continuous backup mode, sometimes a modified file wouldn't actually backup for a couple days. The Android camera upload feature never even uploaded a quarter of my pictures - most of them never even queued up as if Wuala didn't even know they were taken, then it would suddenly back up one or two, then not even see the next dozen. EDIT: A few hours after posting about the quality of the app and service, I received an email informing me that my account was being terminated. Wuala went to a paid-only model not long ago, but publicly posted on their blog that existing free customers would not be effected and would keep their accounts and storage space. Now they've apparently changed their mind and have simply edited that promise out of their blog post and are cancelling all existing free accounts. No honesty = No trust.

Used to be great... Love the product but this app is highly unreliable at best. Have three devices (HTC One M8, Xperia Z3 Compact and a 2013 Nexus 7 tablet) with their most recent versions of android installed and the app constantly locks up, crashes and signs me out. As a paying customer, I would hope this would get fixed soon. Also, wish they had a larger image preview option than the tiny thumbnails.
