A project time tracking app like Xpert-Timer is a necessary tool for any successful company or freelancer. If you need a complete overview on how your time is spent, Xpert-Timer lets you create timestamps for your project work, sub projects and tasks easily. Use the reporting options to identify time wasters or print the report for your clients. When a project is completed, generate the report and get it signed on site with the In-App "Signature module", or send it to your client through email.

Xpert-Timer Time Tracker is a standalone app for your Android mobile device and does not rely on an internet connection. This makes the product perfect for tracking your working hours or time spent on tasks wherever you are.

You can create to-dos, sub projects/tasks, main projects/tasks and link them to a client. Additionally you can add comments to every timestamp and have Xpert-Timer Time Tracker calculate the costs by setting an hourly rate for the project/task. This hourly rate may vary for each project.

Xpert-Timer can also create and scan barcodes/QR-codes. Create a QR-Code in the project settings, stick it on your machine or file and simply start tracking time by scanning it. Perfect, if you need to switch back and forth between projects.

Export your reports to .html or .csv. With the additional module "PDF-Reporting" you can create PDF Reports from Xpert-Timer and share them. Additionally, in case you need a signature of your client, you can purchase the "PDF-Signing" module which allows you to sign the PDF Report directly on your screen.

A lot of shortcuts and functions are implemented in Xpert-Timer, so please make sure you read the manual to get most out of the product.

Love it, it does everything I NEED it to do with allowing for multiple clients, multiple projects per client, ease of switching between them, stopping and starting any project, adding manual and/or editing timestamps when I forget to stop or start, etc. etc., and then does more! On their website, I had some trouble finding a place to report bugs / submit feature requests but it's the e-mail address on their About Us page and response was very quick. Turns out the bug I was reporting was already fixed and I just had to do a few steps to sync things up, and of the two features I was requesting one was already in place and they sent me the info and the other is already on the wish-list. Can't ask for much better than that. :)

Just got paid version I've loved the trial. I appreciate having the free version for the past few months as I'm unemployed and just starting consulting. I've been able to track and bill my couple of small projects. Now that I'm getting a bit bigger, I can afford the full app. You guys helped me get going with consulting and looking professional! I'm sure you'll get 5 stars from me after I've used the full version a bit.

Problem upgrading I recently purchased your app after using the free trial. Still learning the ropes but i like it so far..Unfortunately at this point I seem to have lost everything, including my unreported hours. How can I fix this, because it just made your app a lot more expensive!

Would not be without it. But! I have been using this app for a little over a year now. I will never write a review about an app after only a few days of using it. Xpert timer is a very good app, but It took me many months to find my way around all of it's menus. Luckily it has a fairly good on line manual. For me there are a few problems with the app's software : 1) You are unable to manually choose a currency, this is tied to the language you choose. For me living in Europe I wanted the euro together with the GB language, to be able to use this I need to choose the Irish language. 2) When deleting a time stamp the software does not directly delete it from the view, so you get the impression that it has not been deleted and still exists 3) This one is very annoying for me! When creating a new project you are unable to choose the introduction date, the app's software takes on the present date, if you require a previous date you need to change the date within the menu of the smartphone, this is very time consuming! All in all it is one of the best project app's that I have used, if they would solve the above problems it would get a 5 star rating, but for now only a 4 star.
