Xpert-Timer Time Tracker is the perfect app for tracking your working hours spent on projects and tasks.

A project time tracking app like Xpert-Timer is a necessary tool for any successful company or freelancer. If you need a complete overview on how your time is spent, Xpert-Timer lets you create timestamps for your project work, sub projects and tasks easily. Use the reporting options to identify time wasters or print the report for your clients. When a project is completed, generate the report and get it signed on site with the In-App "Signature module", or send it to your client through email.

Xpert-Timer Time Tracker is a standalone app for your Android mobile device and does not rely on an internet connection. This makes the product perfect for tracking your working hours or time spent on tasks wherever you are.

You can create to-dos, sub projects/tasks, main projects/tasks and link them to a client. Additionally you can add comments to every timestamp and have Xpert-Timer Time Tracker calculate the costs by setting an hourly rate for the project/task. This hourly rate may vary for each project.

Xpert-Timer can also create and scan barcodes/QR-codes. Create a QR-Code in the project settings, stick it on your machine or file and simply start tracking time by scanning it. Perfect, if you need to switch back and forth between projects.

Export your reports to .html or .csv. With the additional module "PDF-Reporting" you can create PDF Reports from Xpert-Timer and share them. Additionally, in case you need a signature of your client, you can purchase the "PDF-Signing" module which allows you to sign the PDF Report directly on your screen.

A lot of shortcuts and functions are implemented in Xpert-Timer, so please make sure you read the manual to get most out of the product.

Love it, it does everything I NEED it to do with allowing for multiple clients, multiple projects per client, ease of switching between them, stopping and starting any project, adding manual and/or editing timestamps when I forget to stop or start, etc. etc., and then does more! On their website, I had some trouble finding a place to report bugs / submit feature requests but it's the e-mail address on their About Us page and response was very quick. Turns out the bug I was reporting was already fixed and I just had to do a few steps to sync things up, and of the two features I was requesting one was already in place and they sent me the info and the other is already on the wish-list. Can't ask for much better than that. :)

Quick to fix Had a bug and within 12 hours they issued an update and fixed the problem. The app is great. All my employees use it and I plan on using the Barcode clock in very soon

Good However, could you please add a real calendar to the 'add manual timestamp' function when choosing a date? It only shows yyyy/mm/dd, but a weekday or a monthly overview wound be great.

Great App Been using for a few years now, keeps getting better. One feature I would like to see added is in the auto backup section of settings, to have option in there to auto backup to Google Drive, etc. rather than just sd card.

New MODERN UI is a game changer! Excellent functionality! Continues to improve. I am a huge fan of the new UI. I can't understand why some say no to the new UI. Great PDF reporting of time.

Excellent Application! A Total Winner I am a consultant and I work on many different projects not only throughout the week, but the day as well. I used to keep my old Palm V around because the Time Keeping app that I used on it was non-replaceable and I never could find an equivalent one for other devices or even a desktop type version. Well, Xpert-Timer Time Tracker IS the app and does much much more. I love the new UI as well. So if it is imperative that you track your time on projects/tasks accurately and you are jumping on and off different ones constantly, then this is the app for you!
