Much of yoga asana practice is actually about moving between the poses.

Moving smoothly and gracefully through transitions is quite demanding to be a qualified yogi. This session, a flow-style one, involves an enjoyable sequence in which transitioning from one pose to another makes better skills, and more core strength will be gained to boost your energy.

Flow-style yoga sequence is noted for its quickly warming effect. To perform more complicated poses one needs enough flexibility in both the muscles and joints. A transitional sequence helps the muscles stay warm and increases the motion of your joints. In this case you are more likely to sweat and be totally activated.

In this session, your job is to accomplish a series of postures without interruption. This will lead to the core of how breathing is perfectly coordinated with motion. You will learn to slow down your breathing pace, pay more attention to your performance, relive physical and mental stress, and promote mind-body unity.

Keep the whole body fully engaged, utilize the core strength in your abs region, and mentally connect the action of your arms and legs. Really like! I would give it 5 stars if I didn't have to start a section over if it gets interrupted by the alarm or something.

Great app! Very helpful. Alleviating as well as refreshing. Great start to my morning. I heard there is a specific yoga for a healthy diet. Helps you not crave sweets or something? Do you know this to be true? If so, could you add this to the app?
