I really, really like this app/website. Only one thing I would complain about is how long it takes for them to ship the items. If you have a plan to buy and wear it, plan in advance. Otherwise, it would be 5 stars.

It's a good website to purchase discounted items. However, if you have issues with the product they sent through, it's definitely a nightmare to deal with their customer service. Not only they never reply in a timely manner, they also have they don't care attitude. I strongly recommend Yoox to inspect the items before sending though to their customers, as I have been receiving items with missing parts as well as defect items.

They also sell counterfeit products, so be aware. I bought some Hogan shoes that proved to be counterfeit after wearing them. They denied returning them as the period of 14 days had passed. Stay away

App is infuriating when trying to swipe through images of products. All it wants to do is go up or down the page, all I want to do is swipe left or right to see the product images.

No loyalty program, I started buying in 2010, they don't care. They sell damaged pieces. Recently, they changed their model, and now they bring up or down the prices as they please. It make no sense for a cotton shirt to be 25 dollars and later on selling at 235. Looks bad/predatory. They are trying ways to keep you engaged constantly with weaker and weaker sales. Yes, lots of styles, but it is also meh! Return policy is also weak. Final sale items -usually damaged ♡ is FRAUDULENT.
