I'm really enjoying using the app! It's a great tool! I would like to suggest adding a feature that allows users to assign aliases and avatars to their contracts. This would make it easier to quickly identify and manage different contracts without having to read the phone number each time. I contacted the customer service while I had an inquiry about pottering from a mobile number. After I was interrogated as to why I wished to and to were and then many attempts at a sales pitch to stay to which I in the end had to get very annoyed with the very nasty woman who I had on the line a several waiting lines and no result, Was told to do it by e-mail. And they wonder why I am moving on!

1&1 seems to ve very complicated. I wanted to transfer my esim from my Pixel 7 to my Pixel 8 Pro, and the Pixel has this option, but it is not supported for 1&1 esims. Now I've had to order a new QR Code through the portal that will be sent by post. Which year are we in? This is definitely not 2023, this is a very bad user experience.

I will agree with the above that the company is shameful. I tried to install a simple internet line and faced an offensive customer service, wrong appointments and ghost technicians. One and a half months later, after three failed attemps, and me spending hours on the phone and away from work, I cancelled my contract. 1 und 1 then started chasing me through a collection agency to pay €220.25 as cancellation fee for nothing. If you respect yourself, time and money, please stay away.
