1&1 Telecom GMBH is scammers, pl becarful who is contract with this company, they have taken Money without internet 4 months from my credit card. So that I say be carful,

Works well, until you use too much data in your unlimited Data plan then they just decide to disable the app until the start of the next month in a breach of contract.

They make it so difficult to cancel. You can do it online, but then you have to call them (in German), and apparently they tell you that the cancellation went through, but they just ignore the request.

Bad custom service!! They play with your prices and add contracts to your account without consent, they added 3 extra contracts to my account! Been a customer with them for some time now, and I have been dealing with this regularly now, and they have already overcharged me additionally +€500 since last summer, and I have been trying to get that corrected but bad luck on that, and they are really hard to reach, and I have already requested TKG from them, but they are not taking care of it!!

Just a scam. I waited 1 and a half month for internet and they canceled. They didn't say where to send the adsl they just took 300 euro for a 180 euro adsl. This is why there are so cheap. It's a scam. Please boycott!!!
