If there was an option to rate this company 0 stars I would have. "Expert support. We are dedicated to providing you with nothing short of exceptional support. We offer support via live chat, email and telephone." telephones are not working, email is offline, live chat...pfffffttt!!!!! I get more support from my bra. Useless!!!!! Going somewhere else. This is ridiculous!

You guys may as well not have written this app. I need to use it once a year to renew service so am bound to forget my password, why in the world do I need to enter my credentials each time in an app, that pleasure should be reserved for websites only. Trying to change my password I am constantly interrupted by an attempt to get me to review you. No man, who comes up with this rubbish. To crown it all the payment method I chose which is master pass fails to launch the master pass app.

Your app sucks, none of the info is correct, it shows no outstanding invoices, but my website has been suspended for 2 outstanding invoices. It shows no open tickets which I opened relating to the suspension of my site.... I don't receive invoices via email, and your app doesn't reflect any outstanding.... But the online client portal shows a completely different story. Sort out your billing issues and stop inconveniencing your customers because of your own internal processing failures.

Support is useless, logged multiple tickets. No response received Tried to use the app to log another ticket. Unable to login. Terrible company to do business with.
