I don't know how I would have got through the first half of this year without the support of all the staff. They are super supportive and very understanding and helped me get through my financial problems with setting up a payment plan. They are also very concerned about my health issues, making sure I have power for keeping medications cooled if the power goes out. I can't endorse the company and staff enough.

The Origin app is easy to use and easy to understand. As l make fortnightly payments, it is easy to see when a payment is coming out of my account and when the bill is due.

Orion doesn't work. It's almost impossible to speak to a human. When you try to get help in the app, it just sends you to Orion, which asks, "Did you know we have an app?"... while you're already using the app. The internet service was poor, customer support was extremely difficult to reach, and the mandatory 30-day cancellation notice means you end up paying for a service you may no longer use. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I wouldn't recommend bundling your internet with Origin.

The chatbot told me to look at my bill which meant I left my complaint chat. Then I had to repeat the chat. Its stupid and unhelpful. All suggestions are at my cost or with gas supplier.
