First time using TXU energy app, it was as easy as 123 conclusion after I set it up and used it one time it worked good but then today it wouldn't let me get into it. I had to log into it again with my password. I had it set up with my fingerprint but every time I use my fingerprint it says I it's not recognized or whatever, so I have to sign back in it, so I don't know what's going on with it.

Txu is a quality reliable electric company. Name brand knows best, yes txu has been known for yrs n yrs, they have a couple options if you need something specific for your households' usage. there are several agencies in TX that work with taxi to help aid in paying a bill once in a blue moon. It helped when I got in a spot. Thanks txu for being so reliable and being a household name since I was a teenager that's just in my lifetime.

I downloaded the app because the website was down, paid my bill ON TIME through the app, got an email yesterday saying my account is past due, & turns out the app never registered me updating my payment info OR processed the payment. TXU is a great company, but this app is horrific. I should've read the previous reviews beforehand.

I left to a different energy company averaging 800 kwh. YOU GUYS called me telling me you'd give me 9 or 10 cents per kwh saying my bill will be lower than 140 a month. I come back, and SOMEHOW I am over 1k kwh??? With an average bill looking like 200 a month? Tf is wrong with y'all? Lying cheating schemes.

First of all, if you can go with another electric company, go with another electric company.TXU sucks. Their app is always crashing, and you have to keep resetting your password over and over and over again, which makes it very difficult to pay the bills. They use computers instead of using real people. And it keeps messing up everything. Absolutely worthless company. Like I said, if you can use anybody else, use anybody else.
