When the website is going through its routine maintenance, could the TXU app specifically point that out instead of giving me a painfully vague "something went wrong, try again" answer. I actually wrongfully thought my password was incorrect, so I changed it. Only after going on my laptop I realized TXU was going through maintenance, it was never my password. SMDH It's actually ironic if you think about it

I like the new way they have to log in. It's easy enough to pay my bills. I don't like the fact that over the last 5 YEARS your company has not even tried to have BOTH accounts due at the same time. I have requested it by comments AND customer service... nothing! It makes it hard for me to remember to pay the other bill a week later. I'm busy with life, I don't need to stop to pay the second bill a week later. Please fix this! Thank you

Since there has been supposedly upgrades to the TXU Energy App, now currently (May 2023) I cannot access to be able to "Make a Payment"!!! So whatever TXU Energy did on this "Update or Upgrades" made it more difficult to getting into to "Make a Payment" through the App especially for Android user(s) which really IS now more of inconvenience!!!

The worst app ever, all my companies that I deal with to pay my bills is through apps it's easier for me to sign in use my fingerprint but this app it displays past due alert if you're past due, but you can't get past it to even see or try to pay your bill 🙃 I still have to call or go to the website and try to remember my password 🙃 I have changed it so much because of this stupid app please upgrade it or something.
