Direct Energy is the most affordable electric company that I have found, and I am loving how well they work with me on any issues I may have.

★★★★★ Joseph J Zywicki Jr · Oct 16, 2025

I have been a customer with Direct Energy for all my utilities. Im not sure and I did send the form for KEEPING DIRECT Energy as my utilities as my 1stop shop for my utilities was delivered to me by an employee of this company. I trust that I will be receiving acknowledgment for my Heating/Cooling. I look forward to having a positive relationship for the upcoming year. I wouldn't recommend this light company. My light bill is higher than normal. I didn't renew with my last company thinking this would be something similar. It's not, light bill is extremely high. I haven't used my central ac since October. So for my bill to look the way it does, then I been another city for Dec, so nothing was on beside the refrigerator, I am not understand my bill is over $100. This time of year my bill is $70-$90.

Unable to make payments won't allow me to add payment method. It was fine last month, I've reinstalled the app turned my phone off still unable to add or switch payment method.

Don't get direct energy they just screw you over, hidden fees, unknown charges, 1400 kilowatt hrs used, but I have an $800 bill get wrecked

★☆☆☆☆ Yantelope · Oct 29, 2025

The app is trash, the website is trash, customer support is trash. I can't create an account. I can't get my bill, chat is useless. I didn't even want to use direct energy, but they bought my contract from another company and forced me to move. Now I can't even pay my bill. Simply abysmal.
