Useless......the app is literally just a link to website ......you cannot view your usage on the website. The website says use the app to view your usage. So the app is literally nothing but a hyperlink to the website.

App no good. Neither is the company. I transferred my service scheduled for the 11th of Nov. The app says my account is inactive however the light company says it's active. I've been all day with no power except the refrigerator, a.c & the dryer. No Lights. If I had not called 3 times today I would be in the dark and getting billed for nothing. Screw this app and this company. Go with someone else period. Save yourself the hassle, frustration, headache & b.s. that comes with
