MTE never fails me. I love the features the app provides. It shows my daily, monthly, and annual usage. It also provides a projected bill, so there's never any guessing. When I have had an outage, it's only been for a few minutes. Never lost electricity during the January 2026 ice storm. We invited friends and family to stay here when they lost theirs. We did this because of the confidence we had in MTE. They're not just an electric company. They're a family type of community.

It was good until the "update". Now I can barely see my usage. It says loading for a few minutes then error. I used to be able to add a budget and see my usage in color code to see if I am meeting my budget. This has been removed apparently. I wish you would go back to how it was. Even when I was able to see my usage post upgrade, I was only given the option to see kwh or cost but no budget tool or color coding like before. Update was actually downgraded :/

Cant login to pay my bill. Website is not allowing me to log in with my password either. Password has never changed and is written down. Cant contact anyone as its holiday weekend. I don't have any record of my account number. I set this up over a phone and do not have any email confirmation showing my account number.

Unusable. Ever since they updated the app I can't even log in. It says "an error occurred." I haven't been able to access the app for several months now. Fortunately, their website works fine.
