This app is garbage just like the company. It says it will let you do stuff on it but refuses to. It won't accept outage reports or anything else. The only thing it will let me do is pay my bill.

They run a monopoly on gas, even if you switch gas companies Nips co still charges you delivery fees. No competition leads to corrupt business practices!
