It states that the payment is not through them but through payments. It makes you open all three terms and conditions before you can select the box however you cannot select the box, it keeps taking you right back into the terms and conditions the terms conditions page. Last month and this month I don't even know how I got the box depressed it was just from going crazy pressing everything. This app sucks and what really sucks is we have no choice but to pick NIP SCO we have no choice in company

They run a monopoly on gas, even if you switch gas companies Nips co still charges you delivery fees. No competition leads to corrupt business practices!

CAN YOU PLEASE FIX THE STUPID CHECK BOX FOR YOUR "I AGREE" The Worst! Your box to check beside the terms and conditions is too close to the terms and conditions highlighted to read the terms. It always takes me 10 tries, and I am tired of it! This morning it took me a half hour just to pay my bill? Unacceptable! Now I can't even scroll down to give you more information! The worst experience ever! Why don't you try to pay a bill
