Please implement "Keep Me Logged In" or "Remember Me" feature, so I don't have to type few times the password every time I try to enter the application because of the errors!!!

Although they didn't have the best start online, they have certainly improved. The app works well. It's easy to use. All the information is readily available and payments are quick.

Out of 10 times, only 2 times works properly. Basically the app just doesn't start. You don't even get to the login part.

One of the worst UIs/UX. I'm never able to see the login screen immediately upon accessing the app, but it always displays a" service not available at the moment" message. I have to always generate a new password in order to be able to log in, the previously chosen one never works a second time. To generate a password I have to use the contract number!!! What other service app out there does that? Why can't we simply use the client ID like everyone else does? Make it better!

Just a bit better than nothing. On the plus side, you can use Google Pay to pay the invoices. That's the only upside. The downsides: the app doesn't always start, it jams, payment processing sometimes hangs, if you have multiple properties, when paying your invoice, you see the POD instead of the description of the place of distribution, so you have no idea which invoice you're paying. It's still a long way to go.

It was working quite well for a while then it suddenly stopped working. Now it's always crashing before asking for credentials. I already tried to remove and then reinstall it, but it keeps doing the same thing. Last but not the least, there isn't any customer service to give some support.
