Overall the app works really great and is easy to use. My only complaint is having to wait to receive and enter a code every time I sign in. It's annoying, and I'm not sure why anybody would be trying to hack my account to pay my bills.

It is inconvenient to have to receive a verification code by phone or email and accept the Terms and Conditions every single time I make a bill payment. It would provide a much better user experience if customers only had to accept the Terms and Conditions once, and then only be prompted again if those terms were updated or changed. As for the verification code, it feels unnecessary to require it for every payment, especially after I've already logged in securely using my fingerprint.

have to a code sent to wife's email every time I log in to pay my bill which is stupid

I can't even open the app. Every code sends me back to the login. lets me pay my bill with an account number and that's it. Seems like a waste of space on my phone if you ask me.

Company claims to require your social for payment even you are not the bill holder. I asked the police about this, and it turns out they use it for marketing and credit checks and not for verification (ssn is not required to log in and oat as Allianz claims) many times when they send you 1 time codes they don't work. So now the account can't be accessed because the given code they provided fails every time and ID you set stuff on auto payment it will try to access a card you deleted

Fix your app, so it works or only keep the website the app virtually never works makes it more of a hassle and your authentication method stuff was broken last time does anything you make work
