Generally happy with the service, although I feel like there should be an Ostrom lite app without all the smart home and electric car functions. I live in an old apartment without a car and can't use any of these functions. The app for my needs feels very cluttered. Or instead of a lite app, a functions setting menu, that allows to activate or deactivate certain functions, which will hide them from appearing throughout the app, making the app way less cluttered. Please 🙏

I don't understand the negative reviews. I have been with Ostrom for 3 months now, and they are very helpful when it comes to customer service. The registration was a very easy process. My only problem what it took them almost a month to provide me electricity, but other than this, it is all good.

I tried every method to contact Ostrom, so I can get my bill checked. One day in the app a random meter reading for 9000 kWh in November in a 35 m² apartment, when my yearly consumption in the last 2 YEARS was below 2000!!!!! Not only that, but I'm sick of sending emails and not having a response. Of course, I canceled my contract, but it's just ridiculous how an "energy" company doesn't have a support line! Don't fall for this SCAM! I naively did because it was an "English-speaking provider".

This app is really bad. I had a contract with ostrom to supply electricity from next year onwards. But they revoked the contract without informing me, but the app kept showing me the status "waiting for delivery." It's only when I tried to install the app on a second device it showed me the updated status of "contract revoked." Customer support is a joke as well. When I contacted it, the AI bot said that I (customer) revoked the contract from the app? When? Why? No info!
