I like being able to report my monthly meter reading and any power outages. I wish there was a section where I can pay my bill in the app like other bills. Please add a section to pay my bill with my credit card!

This app would get all 5 stars if it would keep the preferences where I want them. For too many months now all my bills and notification come to me in French. I change it to English every time, and it always reverts back to French. Very frustrating

If you have two different customer accounts you cannot add the second one. That sucks and should be adjusted to allow more than just one account.

The feature to input your meter reading is confusing as u have to place the cursor in the right spot in order to delete the previous number and input the correct meter reading
