I like being able to report my monthly meter reading and any power outages. I wish there was a section where I can pay my bill in the app like other bills. Please add a section to pay my bill with my credit card!

The feature to input your meter reading is confusing as u have to place the cursor in the right spot in order to delete the previous number and input the correct meter reading

Frustrating app, the language preferences for whatever reason, keeps changing to French from English. I can change it back every day to English. And every time I go back on app, it's back to French 😡

08/22/26: my settings change on their own, and I can't change them back. First it randomly changed to email bills, had to change that back to paper bills. Now it's changed to French communications. Despite changing back to English, I'm still getting emails in French. 08/28/26: a week later and my emails are back to French again. Terrible app.
