This app would get all 5 stars if it would keep the preferences where I want them. For too many months now all my bills and notification come to me in French. I change it to English every time, and it always reverts back to French. Very frustrating

I like being able to report my monthly meter reading and any power outages. I wish there was a section where I can pay my bill in the app like other bills. Please add a section to pay my bill with my credit card!

I feel like im being robbed I live in a one bedroom, and you went from charging me 90 to 130 you know I wish Mr Westinghouse had never existed Nikola Tesla intended for electricity to be free but here I am coughing up the last bit of my check to pay for an essential we are all forced to use. Also quit asking for meter readings I live in an apartment.

Frustrating app, the language preferences for whatever reason, keeps changing to French from English. I can change it back every day to English. And every time I go back on app, it's back to French 😡

Cannot do anything. Can't view my bill. Can't view my account balance. Can't update a phone number. Can't view my balance or bill on website either! Useless
