The app works all the time. The only time it does not, is for scheduled maintenance, which is announced beforehand. Very easy to use, track your consumption, pay bills, track power outages and the status of work being done. It is a very helpful tool.

Greatly improved app now. Depends on your ISP and how old your phone is, perhaps not enough data to load the app? Once signed in, don't sign out - in this way, to report power outage is easy. Easy to see your power consumption, payments and payment history, wattage spent per day, month or year. Many tips to help economize your consumption. Energy Star ratings on a variety of household items. Easy to see what construction work will disable your power and for how long.

Needs a lot of work. It would be nice to be able to see our electricity consumption per day not just for the previous day but for older days as well. Also, the cost projection are worthless. They are always off. Even the way the amount that will be charged just jumps all of a sudden makes no sense. I use the same amount of electricity during 2 days but the increase of cost in those 2 days is completely different.

I downloaded to get notifications for peak hours for the winter credit but the app seems like it completely non-functional.

Now you can no longer report outages, so what's the point of the app? Map is inaccurate. Doesn't show the same thing as on their website. It doesn't respond when you actually need it to work (ie yesterday when we lost power). Received "map is unavailable ..." Numerous times. Also, simply won't load at all on many occasions. Can't report an outage and receive "Technical Issue" error, then why have the app?! Constant "an unknown error has occurred".
