The app works all the time. The only time it does not, is for scheduled maintenance, which is announced beforehand. Very easy to use, track your consumption, pay bills, track power outages and the status of work being done. It is a very helpful tool.

Constant re-directs to the website that makes you log-in again at every click. Winter Credit and Peak demand event section has vanished with the recent update. The only solution to see peak demand info is via Desktop website. Can confirm this is not an isolated user error or issue. Problem persists days later, across different devices after deleting and reinstalling app. Hoping this is only a temporary glitch and not an intentional app feature removal.

It is incredibly frustrating when a "planned" outage overstays its welcome, especially when you can see that the majority of the 64,000 clients have been restored while you remain in the unlucky 2,200. The lack of updates on the app adds insult to injury.

Needs a lot of work. It would be nice to be able to see our electricity consumption per day not just for the previous day but for older days as well. Also, the cost projection are worthless. They are always off. Even the way the amount that will be charged just jumps all of a sudden makes no sense. I use the same amount of electricity during 2 days but the increase of cost in those 2 days is completely different.
