Annoying bug in Android version. Range and battery capacity shown constantly as "--km, 0%" on front page horizontal bar for new GLC 400 electric in Android app. This works fine for EQC 400. The same details are correct in iPhone app. Those are also correct in "Charge Status" for both apps. Hopefully the issue will be fixed soon. No scheduled charging is available in this app. Luckily some 3rd party apps are available for this. Update 20260820 App fixed. Now range and battery capacity shown ok.

Can't log in. went to the Mercedes dealer, and they couldn't help either. Deleted the app and tried everything but no joy

To be honest, coming from Tesla, this app looks and behaves like it's a Beta version at best. No scheduled charging. No way to leave the air con on. No info about the last charging session, so no idea if it happened within off-peak hrs or not. It's slow and unreliable. I've been trying to change the max charge, so it stays within off-peak, and it constantly fails telling me it's a network issue. But I can lock and unlock the doors quite reliably, so there is no network issue. Very poor from MB.

I came from iPhone where the app is very responsive, updates the car status within 30 seconds of charging but this app on android does NOT update or takes hours. Not good enough.

App won't work on other users' Android phones. It loads for a brief while and returns to the login page. Clearing cache re-installing etc. won't work either. It is a pity Mercedes brand does not provide a clear solution or support.
