Love the updates of you have left doors open. Love the ability to check the charge and to put the heating on from your bed before you get in the car. Also love the ability to send destinations to the car sat nav from the app.

Can't log in. went to the Mercedes dealer, and they couldn't help either. Deleted the app and tried everything but no joy

Soon two months since I got a brand new CLA350+ with all options. I have an android Samsung s24ultra, and I can still not login to the app. MB support been involved from day one and nobody even bothers to call me to sort things out. Just getting some random message that they now see that it works, and they will close the case, it doesn't work, and it's pathetic from MB to have such poor service. Chinese service is 100 times better, how will you guys survive. €1500 changing in the contract, gone

I came from iPhone where the app is very responsive, updates the car status within 30 seconds of charging but this app on android does NOT update or takes hours. Not good enough.
