I love it! I have a habit of forgetting to lock my car and the app is faithful in alerting me. Mercedes implemented amenities I never would think I'd need, and it has made life easier to manage. Great Job!!

Great app to remote the vehicle in very hot or cold weather. We only wish all the doors would lock when using the remote start option. With the price of the vehicle, this would be nice. Even some cheaper vehicles lock all doors before starting the vehicle remotely.

They charge you to unlock/lock your car from your phone. It alerts you that your windows are open but doesn't let you close them. This stuff should be included in a $87k vehicle. Shame on Mercedes.

With three vehicles all connected through this app I must say that I'm not impressed. It's very buggy. It won't let me remote start half the time because it'll say my doors are unlocked when they clearly aren't. It will freeze when I try to change the charge limit on my hybrid or full EV vehicles, so there's no way of knowing if the command was received. For being associated with Mercedes-Benz, it definitely doesn't meet my expectations.
