The Express Plus Centrelink mobile app makes it easy for you to manage your Centrelink information online. To use the app, you'll need to have a Centrelink online account linked to your myGov account. With Express Plus Centrelink, you can do most things you can do in your Centrelink online account, without the need to visit an office or wait on hold. Here's what you can do using the app:
• View and update your personal details, including study. • Report your employment income. • View and update your family income estimate and payment choices. • Check your payments. • Upload documents to Centrelink. • View your Child Care Subsidy details. • Apply for or repay an advance payment. • Track the progress of most online claims. • View your Centrelink letters. • Manage your Energy Bill Relief consent. • View and manage your Centrelink appointments by adding reminders to your personal calendar. • View digital copies of your Centrelink concession or health care cards.
If you use a BasicsCard or if your payments are income managed, you can manage your own money to easily check your available balance and view recent transactions on your BasicsCard.
To sign in to the app, use your myGov sign in details and create a myGov PIN. You can then use your myGov PIN to sign in to the app each time you use it.

Having been the for the DSP I'd certainly have heaps of trouble with my basic living, food, shelter etc. not to mention my health. I cannot see how anyone could put down the Center Link benefits for those that are in need, not to mention the concession card. Sure nothing's perfect+ I also agree with the amount paid, definitely makes it hard to get by. At the end of the day I'm grateful for what I've got I guess?

Upon opening centrelink app and wishing to go to my gov through the centrelink app it sits there looking at you and not working. Have to use my gov separately as connecting to it through centrelink app just won't work. Reinstalled both apps still won't work. Samsung s25 ultra

This app doesn't even let me log into the app anymore, no matter how many times I've changed my password. Lame.

Unable to log into the app. I get code via MyID, but after entering the code, I can't get past entering the code as it simply takes me back to the MyID app. I tried the alternative method to log in using my passcode and email, but they are troublesome, and I had the same issue of feeling like I was just going around in circles but not getting in to be able to set myself up to use the app. I can't recommend this app as it's the least user-friendly app I have ever tried to use.
