I have to use what I download for install my own important information that I sent to this website of new version of digital apps. My experience is very much different, and I don't know if I have the right software services of this communication technology of digital apps to the terms of system to this digital project of apps and identity of devices access to your profile and provide everything in this application, suddenly it was sent that wrong, email, wrong password after signed, sent,code, none.

Most unwieldy App ever invented. The revolving authentication actions required are the WORST, UNFRIENDLY User methods ever. Given the VOLUME of Users that need online access to Benefits and Entitlements in Aged, Seniors, Migrant. Taxation, Health populations - the GovID, MyID, ATO Apps are appalling. This System requires a level of literacy that does not even exist in Government Employees or Parliamentary members.

Don't use the app. Login on the Australian Govt Website. From your phones' browser, a laptop or PC. It works every time. Many reviewers here report the issues I had with the My Gov App. Shopped around to find a competent Centrelink office because my locals were hopeless and should be sacked. The office I did go to had a very knowledgeable lady who set up the App on my phone as I had so many lockouts from not accepting my details. She sorted it. In my car I tried to log in but nope.

can't link ATO. Details are correct, I have them in front of me. Useless app and website
