Great link, but limited access to the academic credentials and transcripts. Please add optional dialogue boxes so that we can view a copy of our educational history. Easy to enable the flexibility functions of ATS and AI profiling traceable records etc.

This authenticator app for online government services is very helpful. Now I don't have to hunt for that scrap of paper with a password scrawled on it, somewhere in the back of a drawer. Logging-in is fast and easy using the "split-screen" function on android phone.

Can't transfer account from old phone via QR scan since app does NOTHING when QR code is perfectly set within the box. Also, error in the instructions about which phone is which.

I am trying to transfer my account. I scan the QR from inside the app, I try it 20 times, and every single time it says invalid QR code. I refresh the QR code multiple times, reinstall/update on the phones, try again, still no luck. This has happened multiple times over the last 6 months. How is such a basic feature broken for SO LONG??? PATHETIC

Won't load. Every time I need it to work it lets me down. Wish it wasn't the only way to get service from a government who takes my taxes and provides nothing.
