What a great app and option for identity verification!! Super easy! Super quick! Extremely accurate. I didn't even have to worry about my hair or makeup not being done the same way as in passport or driver's license photos. Process took all of 3 mins

The app is pretty straightforward. The one thing they don't make clear is that the selfie/proof-of-life picture is compared to your existing ID photos. So if you take the selfie at an angle, it doesn't match up, and you'll have to do it again. Otherwise, it worked well.

Took all the steps just for it to tell me go to a store to verify identity! Waste of time

I scanned my driving license and passport, and it requests I go to the post office. This app did not work for me. I have tried to use it to register for Flex Delivery, as Amazon does not seem to deliver to my address or my PO Box. Frustrating.

Terrible after getting the Post office app there was no information as to what to do next to be able to vote.
