Uploaded my passport, driver's license, took 3 selfies, and still could not "verify my identity". Garbage app, complete waste of time.

Emails don't send and when they do, they say the code is invalid. Absolutely USELESS. Couldn't even use it, I ended up having to verify in person. Waste of time. Update: after you verify in person it asks you to add it to the app. I was able to verify in the app after that but now that it's time to cast my ballot I do anything with this app. Just transaction errors even though when I go to the transaction section it says approved. I can't even vote now. GARBAGE app.

The app does not work at all. It errored out repeatedly on trying to verify my identity, so I had to go to the post office in person, but apparently they have my address in a database that is where I lived 6 years ago and could not verify me without proof that I had previously lived there. Went home, found some old bills luckily, went BACK to the post office and got the verification done, but the app wouldn't accept the emailed code and said it already expired after failing. Had to start all over
