My Canada Post delivery person on. South Park St is excellent. They always go that extra mile to make sure deliveries are as prompt as possible. Even today, the parcel being delivered was too big for the post box on my floor (I located at 1333 South Park St) and is normally left in the basement post office lockers. The postman put it on a trolley and brought it to my apartment. Just one example, there are many. Great service from people that care !! Thank you !! You are not recognized enough !!

Tracking pkgs is top-notch... when opening the App, and it tells you the pkg was delivered. But one complaint is that the text to yr phone doesn't show up till 2–3 hours after it was delivered.

Verify my adress to use My Mail didn't work at all. I used my adress exactly as it is on my ID card, just like the app says. I had 3 chances, and after it says visit your local post office to verify your adress. No, thank you! Uninstall!

The app tracking is never aligned with website tracking. Often I'll get notifications that my item is out for delivery and reflects that on the Canada Post website but in the app it's not up to date and will be several steps behind in the tracking process.

We keep getting notifications that we are getting general mail, but 8 out of 10 times there won't be anything in the mailbox. It is so inaccurate and frustrating.
