Stop with the Ai chatbot. They made the app useless. I can get better info on the website now. You have to enter your tracking number every time and it's just a bot telling you where your package is. Worthless

Useless app. Used to be able to track a package like every other courier, now it just directs you to a chatbot.

Can't access tracking, all you get is an AI agent giving you details. I just want the same tracking page as on the website.
