My package wasn't delivered as instructed. I never put deliver to the neighbor. My packages haven't been delivered as instructed, and I'm highly disappointed in Ups!!!

Here because they want me to leave a "positive" review. Nothing positive about not receiving a $100 package. Of course, it says delivered, but we have cameras and it wasn't. There aren't even any houses close enough to mistake our address, the driver must've just looked at the town name and guessed. And the UPS assistant is no help either, just saying "I see this is an amazon order, please contact them", when it isn't. They should be required to take pictures of the package when they drop it off.

I was not able to choose which delivery service Amazon used to (hopefully, praying to all gods) deliver my package. Would've paid extra to not have to deal with UPS. 1:1 odds that I'll have to demand a refund vs them actually delivering the package.
