FedEx delivered my package, just left it right out in the open. I have a box for them to put packages in. UPS always puts my packages in the box out of view. Or up on the porch. They don't leave it right out in the open. UPS has always been better, than FedEx.

How can company this big make so unbelievably bad app and web page. Like one has to be really talented to screw up literally everything. How I suppose to add my address if the country is locked to UK?

Waited all day for my delivery from 12:30 to 9pm. No delivery. 1 update changed to 9pm. I saw a UPS truck zip by didn't slow down to deliver my package that requires my signature very frustrating

Worse delivery company I have ever had. As recipients, I got worse treatment. Case : 1. I asked to be delivered on Saturday. They said they are closed. 2. I called on Thursday morning to deliver Friday instead. Processes but pending until Friday evening. 3. On Friday I called 4 times. Each asked me to wait. 3. Now they deliver it Monday which no one at home. If I don't receive it on Monday I will ask to send it back to sender, so sender can resend it to me through other delivery company.
