Just works perfectly, every time. Super convenient with eID functionality, but identification with video call also works just perfect. My go-to choice for identification purposes 👍

DOES NOT WORK. I tried confirming my passport 17 times. I see the halo, I could see everything that the camera saw, but every time, the app couldn't accept it. Stupid pos

The app claims you can identify with a passport. When you click the identification button, it asks you to take pictures of front and back. That makes no sense. It is in fact asking you for your German ID. I got connected to an agent anyway. The agent was not able to help me. Utterly useless app for any non-German citizen.
