NFC Not Working When I Try To Use It By My Passport I Tried To remove My phone cover but Still Not Working & I Try By National Number when I do face recognition is not work also. Really proud to have this experience.

I have installed the app and Easley scanned my passport and the app is currently working properly with me, awaiting digital ID to be added, and all data to be linked with related apps such as banks, driving license and other government related apps.

Surpass is a very useful app that has simplified government procedures and made them easier to access. The idea is excellent and the app is helpful in general. However, it still needs improvements in speed, stability, and some services. Overall, a good experience.

The app is useless not because of app itself but all passports issued after the war didn't has chips in it this for registering by passports to register by national number (the 11 digit) has issues in verification selfie photo in summary the application is poor enough to fails more than 25 times as well as the code takes long time to send not mention 5 times not send at all you need to fix passports registration as well as selfie verification and response quickly for codes

App does not recognize nfc chip on new passport. Also tried verification 17 times and they all failed. Eventually the app itself gave up, refused to allow me to try again and asked me to contact customer support
