Comments on SUDAPASS for Android

★★★★☆ أبوالخيرات طه · Jun 8, 2026

Surpass is a very useful app that has simplified government procedures and made them easier to access. The idea is excellent and the app is helpful in general. However, it still needs improvements in speed, stability, and some services. Overall, a good experience.

★★★★☆ Mohamed Ziada · Aug 22, 2026

I have installed the app and Easley scanned my passport and the app is currently working properly with me, awaiting digital ID to be added, and all data to be linked with related apps such as banks, driving license and other government related apps.

★☆☆☆☆ Faris Harbi · Aug 23, 2026

I tried to register with my passport but didn't read then tried several times with the national number after the face id I gave me something went wrong now when I tried to register it show me too many attents

★☆☆☆☆ Afraa Abdelsalam · Aug 22, 2026

I get registration failed message as soon as I enter my email for registration

★☆☆☆☆ Henry Dee · Aug 21, 2026

App does not recognize nfc chip on new passport. Also tried verification 17 times and they all failed. Eventually the app itself gave up, refused to allow me to try again and asked me to contact customer support

★☆☆☆☆ Yasar Ahmed · Aug 21, 2026

Registration is completely broken. The passport chip won’t scan, and the National ID throws an identity verification error. Neither option works."
