National ID verification was successful after several attempts. We kindly suggest improving the process workflow, so the operation doesn’t reset entirely in case of an error. I hope to see the app integrated with all government services in the near future, simplifying the renewal and issuance of personal documents without the need to visit government offices and wait in long lines. It would also be great to support this project with a professional customer service team

I tried to scan my passport, but it didn't work I also tried with the national number, and he wouldn't accept my picture. And there is no any support in the app and the troubleshooting is not useful I followed every instruction's in it, and there is now results. It will be very useful if there is a support team that we can get in touch with a person that will help us to register in the system. It is a great idea. I hope it is a success.

A national embarrassment. Please do proper QA testing or capacity planning before launching a government app, or at least soft-launch it. It's completely useless. Email OTPs arrive hours late. Entering the National Number times out unless you spam 'submit'. Facial biometrics fail repeatedly, requiring endless retries. Finally, the app breaks completely at passkey creation. Tested on two different phones with the exact same miserable results. Unacceptable.

The app is useless not because of app itself but all passports issued after the war didn't has chips in it this for registering by passports to register by national number (the 11 digit) has issues in verification selfie photo in summary the application is poor enough to fails more than 25 times as well as the code takes long time to send not mention 5 times not send at all you need to fix passports registration as well as selfie verification and response quickly for codes
