I love how this platform is trusted for my documentation sharing and signing. It really helps me when considering whether the file signed is trusted or not. The features it has are also enough for normal use for normal people like because I do not often sign documents, so it is worth it. App has a very big mistake. I created account using my email but I press some button I was logged out, this may be glitched but while logging in it asks username not email. App assigned me username and I don't remember it. When i tey to forgot username it just takes and sign up page again email and circular unending loop

It's quite easy to use, and the subscription rate can be adjusted to suit your needs. Because I use both Privy personal and enterprise, the problem I encountered when using e-stamps for enterprise in my cellphone, I couldn't use the e-stamps provided by the company (buy @web -PC) Where do I get the explanation?

Why do I have to subscribe just to use the e-meterai? I bought meterai long before it needed a subscription just to sign a document, and now I can't even use my already purchased meterai without a subscription.

I simply cannot use anything in the app installed in my phone. I still can use Privy in web browser, but I do not know why the app won't work in my phone

Why did the app become increasingly stupid, I cannot resize my signature on mobile app, or I didn't find the option?
Bad customer service. I have a problem updating the certificate and have done all the requirements in the app. But Cs asked me to upload a Sylvie with an ID card without a clear explanation even though I had done On the app, but instead it is asked to be in Manually. This is crucial information. Even in the app, we can't open it because of personal information, but instead we are asked to register manually. Why don't you just fix the system and verify that I have provided the data
