It makes paying the bill easier. The customer chat works intermittently. There is a lag in the payment processing notification and the payments Can't be canceled once submitted.

Typical utility customer service as in none. My wife passed, and I contacted them via chat support. They won't do a thing until you supply name and address. They are telling me my dead wife has to be the one to change the account. Talk about clueless! It's like talking to a state agency. Cold clueless customer reps who act like you're disturbing them with your question. Must be nice to have a monopoly.

They are deceiving when it comes to payment plans. NEVER get a payment plan with CMP as they charge you your for it including monthly. The app isn't accurate because your paper bill will say one amount due and the app will say another. They don't take any other form of payment other than your debit or cash when in person while other billing apps do, although you want to pay your bill, you can't if the payment is not from your bank directly or cash. It's very annoying and outdated

For the most part, the app works okay. However it has a real problem saving accounts on a regular basis. I have multiple accounts because I have multiple buildings and every other time I log in one of the accounts has dropped the save bank accounts attached to pay that account which is a real frustration to have to retype in the account every time I go to pay the bill. It has been like this for the entire time. I've used the app, so clearly they don't care about fixing it
