It makes things convenient. You log in and there's no farting around with your account number. It's all set, just pay your bill

This is helpful during power outages. Even though you use a credit or debit card to pay bill it still takes far longer than it should to post to your account.
★★★★★Kristen K· Nov 6, 2025
Don't have to remember my account number to log in. I like that there are several ways to pay my bill, and that this app is an option.
★★★★☆Gil Plaster· Jun 1, 2026
It makes paying the bill easier. The customer chat works intermittently. There is a lag in the payment processing notification and the payments Can't be canceled once submitted.
★★★★★Eric Quimby· Feb 6, 2026

They are deceiving when it comes to payment plans. NEVER get a payment plan with CMP as they charge you your for it including monthly. The app isn't accurate because your paper bill will say one amount due and the app will say another. They don't take any other form of payment other than your debit or cash when in person while other billing apps do, although you want to pay your bill, you can't if the payment is not from your bank directly or cash. It's very annoying and outdated

Hey CMP, FIX👏YOUR👏APP👏 There is obviously an issue when trying to make a payment. After choosing the date and hit "Next" the screen is blank. From looking at other reviews, I'm not the only one this is happening to.

Your latest update looks all nice until you try to make a payment. Select Make Payment from different places and each time it goes to a white screen
