I had Kentucky Power for 4 years and my bill was never under $400.00 and the higest bill was in Feb 2018 was almost $900.00! Just out stright up high. My deposit was $380.00 4 years ago. I recently moved to Licking Valley Recc. My deposit was $270.00. And I know for sure electric is cheaper through Licking Valley RECC.

The app keeps saying something went wrong on their end. My bill ended up being late because I couldn't pay. It let me on once to pay today, then immediately failed again
