I've been a customer for 5+ years now, and I have to say the frequency of power outages at my house is quite common, 3 to 4 a year on average. Never been past due on a bill, so it's not on my end for the power fluctuations. What's annoying other than the cost going up every month is the fact we had one snow event that dumped 3 inches of snow and BOOM! Power is out! KUB HAD A WEEK TO REPAIR, and this snow "event" was just snow... no ice, wind or sleet... 7+hrs and counting... no power... step it up

Used the app for over a year, & when we went to log-in one day, it prompted us to create an entirely new account, without the option to log in with our previous credentials. We attempted to create a new account, but upon entering information & hitting "submit," the page refreshed. We tried uninstalling & reinstalling the app, & still had the same issues. After trying for close to 45 minutes to access the app, we gave up, & tried logging in online - only to encounter the same issue
