I tried reentering my password and username three times in the app, and it still does not let me log in. 09/18/2023 update. I was able to finally log in using a separate login and password. Super happy it worked well today.

Love the fact that you have the 2 options to get your account connected...pay as you go (as we call it . A prepaid bill) or you can do the traditional one-month billing cycle personally I have prepaid, and I love it I can put what I can afford on my power of need be instead of having to worry about a bill that's due and if I can't pay it the. It's shut off. Prepaid account is a better option for my household.alo exceptional service and a 24-hour automated system that's very easy to use

Way better than having to call in to make a payment not to mention paying extra fees if u make a payment with a customer service representative!🙄 The $%&! Is ridiculously ridiculous what they try to charge u 2~make a payment.

Terrible. Phone number on. Letters your company. Sends is a scam. They take money. But your payment doesn't show. Up being Paid. Talquin doesn't honor this even though they. Put the number on their bill as a safe and fast way to. Pay your bill but the payment never shows up. As being paid. It is taken out of bank account immediately but Alcuin doesn't get it. Don't trust this method. Alcuin won't wait for payment to clear your bank. So you end up. Making two payments. I got scammed this way

Can not log on no matter what I do. I can go to home page (not the app) log on & pay my bill. APP sucks.

I'm on prepay service. I go into the app and put $20 on power and $5 on water, failure message. 2nd time failure. My address has not been changed in the banking app I change it tries again, failure. I change the payment address in the app to my old address and change my address back on my banking app, try again, failure. I decide to transfer funds to another card and try, YIKES, I have no funds. All failures went through but not for the correct amounts.

This new app is terrible! Where is this phantom PIN it's asking me for?? We've never seen that before. All I want to do is download the app, link my account, so I can pay my bill easier. You all shouldn't make paying the bill this difficult. ZERO STARS!
