Rarely do we have any problem, but bad weather can bring trees down causing an outage - Duquesne Light has their crews out working in Dangerous conditions in that weather getting the power back on as soon as possible ! It's becoming more important all the time, I appreciate that service 🙏🏼

Since 2025, I've been unable to use the biometric login. My app is up-to-date, and when I go to settings in the app to confirm biometrics, the app crashes. The app was awesome before that, and the mapping of reported outages improved significantly after the storm in June 2024. I just wish the biometric function actually functioned.

My electricity has been shut off because I have been trying to make payments through this damn app, and it won't take them and now my lights are cut. I had to call to pay, and my electricity is still off. I am at a restaurant as we speak having to use their power. I have been making payments through this app for a long time, same card and no issues until now 😫

I can't even log in to pay my bill. Every time I try to log in the app just crashes. Why hasn't this been fixed?

Outage map doesn't work properly, crashes the app. Totally useless for checking the status of outages in my neighborhood. But it will definitely let you pay them.
