The customers that get service disconnected 90% of time are those who are having financial difficulties. So, if they can't pay bill, how do you expect them to pay a reconnect fee of 110.00. The reasoning is discriminatory and elitist. Bluebonnet says you should have called and made arrangements. So if you failed to call you somehow are penalized 110.00 for procrastination and laziness. The affluent do not get services disconnected. So Bluebonnet has this lame excuse and justification.
