3 years later I still hate this app!!!! I cannot stand this app! I have two accounts and they are always merged. Usually I can at least pay one and not the other, but I can't even do that right now! I do not understand why the accounts have to be merged!!! So now I have to get out my laptop, log on and go into the regular site to make a payment on one account and not the other. ☹️

Every month.... I log in to the app to pay my bill.... have to attempt to reset password. Then get a message that we cannot help you at this moment. Try again later. Set up fingerprint scan.... still messes up. Waste of my time. Then continue to get a late fee because I can't get into it....

Login invalid? All of a sudden my login is invalid my account number cannot be found, and I am trying to pay my bill. I have been doing so for years, and today it looks like my account doesn't exit even via phone line. Frustrating because I have notifications via the same email as my login. I went to actual website, same thing. SMH!
