It's really great to have on your phone in case of a power outage
★★★★★Marie Leohner· Mar 3, 2025
It's easy and fast every month never have a problem paying the bill
★★★★★Will Bewley· Dec 31, 2025
Way easier than trying to call in and talking to someone who says they can't take payment, and they make you go through bill matrix which once I was on yhe phone with trying to pay my bill for 3 hours, there are no more of those days now that I have the app
★★★★☆Thad B.· Jan 15, 2026
Broswer/ Android password manager issue.
★★★★★Anthony Darren Adkins· Apr 26, 2026
When I went onto the app, to report an outage from whatever the problem was, AEP was here on site within the hour to fix the problem. Very easy to report the problem on app. Very Impressed all way around.
★★☆☆☆Anthony Grambo· Mar 19, 2026
2 stars. Bill pay is easy, sure, but the fingerprint login just puts you into an endless loop without ever logging you in, rendering it essentially useless.
★☆☆☆☆Jesse Harmon· Jun 5, 2026
Cannot log into it. It tells me to reset my password. I've done this a couple of times via the website but the app still tells me it wants me to reset the password.
★☆☆☆☆K H· May 5, 2026
App force-erases the login form as soon as Google Password Manager tries to enter username and password, since early 2026.
