United dropped my method of payment then the link in the note informing me of failure to pay does not allow me to update my MOP or make a payment such that I had to go to the web page and navigate it to do what I needed. Why was my MOP dropped in the first place. It worked last month.

I was trying to report an outage, but I forgot my credentials. I can't recover them without my account number. How am I supposed to find my account number when everything is paperless? Obviously the people designing this app didn't think through some basic things. Ridiculous.
