I don't appreciate being charged a fee for paying my bill, giving you your money. Paying online is convenient for as well, at some point either person or program has to process all payments, even checks.

I've never been able to log in to the Idaho Power app or their website because the two-factor authentication simply does not work. It’s been broken for a long time, and despite multiple attempts and updates, it has never been fixed. This is incredibly frustrating, especially for a utility company where access to account information should be simple and secure. Please address this issue — reliable two-factor authentication is a basic requirement in 2025.

Tho I can check my bill and pay it I can't see usage or biometrics because I have 2 meters at the same address pretty lazy

It's a shortcut. Every time you open the app and click "sign in" it opens a web browser to sign in online. What's the point of that? The "app" has no functionality otherwise. Edit: 7/7/25. Login page won't load. Only after turning off the VPN would it load. So Idaho Power allows 2FA for security, but doesn't allow their customers use of a VPN for security. Uninstalling this app.
